Are the lenses polarized and UV protected?
Every pair of goodrs comes standard with polarized lenses and UV400 protection, which blocks 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays to keep your eyes safe on the brightest trails.
How do I clean my goodr sunglasses without damaging the coating?
We recommend using the microfiber bag provided with your glasses to wipe away smudges. Avoid using harsh chemicals, soaps, or ultrasonic cleaners, as these can damage the mirrored lens coatings.
What is your return policy if I don't love my pair?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all domestic orders. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return them in their original packaging for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shades leave our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on scratched lenses?
We stand behind our products with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear, such as scratches from dropping your glasses, is not covered under the warranty.
